Kristi Kindred

A self-described "Dancing with the Stars" fanatic, Kristi describes her participation in "Dancing to a New Beat" as a dream come true. Has she had much experience on the dance floor? Not at all. In fact, she says the one word that describes her as a dancer is "wannabe." So, if she's not a natural on the dance floor, what gives her the courage to take on such a challenge? Her faith, her dedication to her community, and a supportive circle of family and friends.

As CFO of WLA Investments, Inc., a real estate investment company of which she is also a principal, she knows how important it is to invest in your community. And as the President of San Clemente's Sunrise Rotary, she helps support important causes both close to home and around the world.

Kristi understands how important a well-equipped local hospital is to a community: her dad was a doctor, her kids were born at the old San Clemente General, and they've spent their share of time with them in the ER with childhood injuries.

She's always had the support of her parents. Like so many achievers, her mother told her she could do anything. Now, she also has the support of her children, Tyler, 19, Brighton, 22, and niece Tiffany. Together they teach and inspire her.
